The Services Selection Board (SSB) is the most comprehensive leadership assessment in the world. At Gurukul, we operate on a zero-coaching philosophy—instead, we focus on raw personality refinement. Stage I: The Screening Intelligence
90% of aspirants are eliminated on Day 1. We ensure you are in the top 10% through a rigorous OIR and PPDT drill system:

GTO: The Ground Task Command
Experience the actual physical rigors on our dedicated GTO grounds in Meerut. Under the supervision of veteran GTOs, cadets practice:

The Interviewer’s Bench
Personalized mock interviews focusing on your PIQ (Personal Information Questionnaire). We refine your ability to handle pressure questions regarding your family, education, and life choices with unwavering composure.
Global Intelligence & Lecturettes
An officer must be the most aware person in the room. We provide intensive briefings on geopolitics, Indian defense deals, and social issues to ensure you lead Group Discussions and Lecturettes with factual authority.
Officer’s Social Etiquette
From dining etiquette to formal dressing and the art of public speaking. We prepare you for the life of an officer in the Mess, the Boardroom, and the Battlefield.
The Conference Simulation
The final hurdle. Our mentorship ends with a full-scale Board Conference simulation where you receive a comprehensive performance audit and a final ‘Recommended’ or ‘Self-Improvement’ roadmap from our expert panel.
