1. Admission Protocol

By enrolling at Gurukul Officers Academy, the candidate and their legal guardians agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the institution. Admission is granted based on the Academy’s internal assessment and remains at the sole discretion of the management.

2. Fee Structure & Payments

All fees must be settled as per the schedule provided at the time of admission. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including early withdrawal or dismissal from a course.

4. Academic Commitment

The Academy provides elite mentorship, but final selection in Sainik, RIMC, or NDA depends on the candidate’s personal effort. We do not guarantee selection; we provide the weapons for success.

5. Proprietary Content

All training materials, notes, and digital resources provided by the Academy are protected intellectual property. Redistribution or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Attendance

90% attendance is mandatory for all residential and classroom programs. Repeated unauthorized absences may lead to suspension.

7. Physical Standards

Candidates are expected to maintain the physical fitness standards required for defense entries. The Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during standard GTO or physical training activities on campus.

8. Official Communication

All official notices will be sent to the guardian’s registered mobile number or email. It is the guardian’s responsibility to keep contact details updated.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
